Built for what e-ink templates usually get wrong

  • Links that work. All 25,680 links in the 8 files are opened by three PDF readers and checked by script against what is printed on the pages.
  • Find any meeting again. Each section's index links its 2 project pages and its 20 meetings; any page is at most 3 taps away.
  • Actions that stand out. 6 action rows with checkbox, owner and due date on every meeting page.
  • Nothing under the toolbar. Tabs sit on the side away from the toolbar; left-handed files are mirrored.
  • A native layout for each screen. Large 3:4, Compact 3:4, Move 9:16 and an edge-safe Kindle Scribe edition.

What's inside each file

  • 10 index pages a line for the section name, then P1, P2 and meetings 1 to 20, every number linked.
  • 20 project pages 2 at the start of each section: project, goal, decisions and 8 actions with owner, due date and done box.
  • 200 meeting pages date, meeting and attendees, topics on 7 mm lines, and 6 action rows.
  • A top bar on every page Index, Section, ‹ › and the page number; tabs 1 to 10 open each section.
