In line with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce, LSSI, this website is run by:

The owner is a self-employed person registered in Spain. No registration in a commercial register or professional association applies.

This site gives information, setup guides and free samples, and sells digital downloads of the Graphite Planner products. Sales on this site are processed by Payhip, which acts as reseller for VAT purposes: Payhip takes the payment and charges and pays the VAT due in the buyer's country. The seller of the products is the owner named above.

The texts, images and files on this site belong to the owner. The free samples are for personal use.

Privacy

This notice follows article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and has no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site against abuse. Strictly necessary cookies do not need consent under article 22.2 LSSI.

Visiting the site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure website, GDPR article 6.1.f. Cloudflare acts as a processor for the owner. Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when it fetches them; Google Fonts sets no cookies.

The email list

• What: your email address, and the date you signed up and confirmed.
• Why: only to send the emails described on the sign-up page: new editions, a free sample each month, and fixes.
• Legal basis: your consent, GDPR article 6.1.a, given with double opt-in: you confirm by clicking a link in the first email. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
• Who processes it: Kit, ConvertKit LLC, in the USA, which stores the list and sends the emails as a processor under its data processing agreement. That agreement covers the transfer of your data to the USA with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
• How long: while you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe, your address is deleted from the list within 30 days.
• Your data is not sold, not shared with anyone else, and not used for automated decisions or profiling.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can also unsubscribe yourself at any time. If you think your data has been handled wrongly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD, at www.aepd.es.

Buying on this site

When you buy here, your order data, such as your name, email address, country and payment details, is processed by Payhip and by its payment provider Stripe, to take the payment, deliver the download, send the receipt and meet tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract, GDPR article 6.1.b, and legal obligations, article 6.1.c. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach the owner. Payhip and Stripe may process data outside the EU under the safeguards in their own data processing terms. Product pages load Payhip's checkout script, which may set cookies needed for the checkout to work. Buying does not add you to the email list.

El titular es un trabajador autónomo dado de alta en España. No consta inscripción en registro mercantil ni colegio profesional.

Este sitio ofrece información, guías de instalación y muestras gratuitas, y vende descargas digitales de los productos Graphite Planner. Las ventas de este sitio las procesa Payhip, que actúa como revendedor a efectos del IVA: cobra el pago y liquida el IVA que corresponda en el país del comprador. El vendedor de los productos es el titular indicado arriba.

Privacidad

Información conforme al artículo 13 del Reglamento General de Protección de Datos, RGPD.

• Responsable: el titular indicado en el aviso legal, ver arriba. Contacto: [email protected].
• Cookies: el sitio no instala cookies propias ni usa analítica, publicidad o seguimiento. Cloudflare, el proveedor de alojamiento, puede instalar una cookie de seguridad estrictamente necesaria, exenta de consentimiento según el artículo 22.2 LSSI.
• Navegación: Cloudflare trata datos técnicos como la dirección IP para servir y proteger el sitio, como encargado del tratamiento. Base jurídica: interés legítimo, artículo 6.1.f RGPD. Las páginas cargan sus tipos de letra desde Google Fonts, por lo que tu navegador envía tu dirección IP a Google al descargarlos; Google Fonts no instala cookies.
• Lista de correo: se trata solo tu dirección de correo y la fecha de alta y confirmación, para enviarte nuevas ediciones, la muestra gratuita del mes y correcciones. Base jurídica: tu consentimiento, artículo 6.1.a RGPD, con doble confirmación. Puedes retirarlo en cualquier momento con el enlace de baja de cada correo.
• Encargado y transferencia: Kit, ConvertKit LLC, en EE. UU., guarda la lista y envía los correos como encargado del tratamiento, conforme a su acuerdo de tratamiento de datos, que cubre la transferencia a EE. UU. con las garantías exigidas por el RGPD.
• Compras en este sitio: los datos del pedido, como nombre, correo, país y datos de pago, los tratan Payhip y su proveedor de pagos Stripe para cobrar, entregar la descarga, enviar el recibo y cumplir las obligaciones fiscales. Base jurídica: ejecución del contrato, artículo 6.1.b RGPD, y obligación legal, artículo 6.1.c. Los datos de la tarjeta los gestiona Stripe y nunca llegan al titular. Payhip y Stripe pueden tratar datos fuera de la UE con las garantías de sus propios acuerdos de tratamiento. Las páginas de producto cargan el script de pago de Payhip, que puede instalar cookies necesarias para el pago. Comprar no te apunta a la lista de correo.
• Conservación: mientras sigas suscrito; tras la baja, tu dirección se borra de la lista en un plazo de 30 días.
• Tus datos no se venden, no se ceden a nadie más y no se usan para decisiones automatizadas ni perfiles.
• Derechos: acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, portabilidad y oposición, escribiendo a [email protected]. Puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD, en www.aepd.es.
